The little trip to Praha was last week end ...
Quick key points record (my way ...)
What I liked about Praha :
- Baroque architecture
- the colorful buildings facades, the stone work in fine lace
- the square of the old city, which made me think of Brussels' one
- the wine bars and Italian restaurants - bakeries and cafes
- the library nestled in the Staromestska neighborhood
- the minute shoemaker who saved my Givenchy hanckle boots
- St. Vitus Church
- St. Charles Bridge
- life so much less expensive than in Paris
What I did not like about Praha :
- the pavements in almost 90% of neighborhoods, a real obstacle course with 13cm heels
- the absence of Burger King
- Praha citizens are not speaking English, even young people
- shops for tourists spoil the landscape and atmosphere of the historic districts
- shops of Bohemian crystal everywhere
- being wickedly splashed all over by a car running on a huge puddle of snow, water and mud
- the utter lack of fashion and local designers

Next trip will be Sicily...
